Responsibilities:
• Selection and preparation of customer orders in a manner that ensures complete fulfillment of each customer order. Reads pick tickets, pick labels, assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets. Loads trailers with merchandise scheduled to be shipped.
• Move Merchandise: Operate hand jacks and/or Material Handling Equipment experience in operating material handling equipment such as hand jacks, forklifts, reach, order pickers, and other various material handling equipment.
• Operates within applicable safety guidelines as per government regulations, the company's safety manuals and/or stated safety policies, and common sense.
• Maintains performance at or above productivity standards and service level targets established by the company.
• Ensures proper warehouse cleanliness is maintained.
• Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks
Qualifications include:
• Pro-active and self-motivated mindset
• Willing to learn from mistakes to increase productivity and accuracy
• Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance
• Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Team oriented
• Safety aware and oriented
• Desire to learn and grow in responsibilities
• Solid written & oral communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Able to learn to use a forklift and other general warehouse equipment
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED
• Able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
• Capacity to learn and work in a team-oriented, fast paced environment
• Ability to bend, stand, walk for prolonged period of time
• Able to follow directions and work safely

• Hourly Pay $21.75-$22.75 per hour
• Overtime Pay $30.50 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.75 per hour when assigned to second shift
• Over time, up to 12 hour shifts and Saturdays possible
