Job Summary:
The Package / Mail Screener is responsible for safeguarding the integrity and security of all incoming mail and packages within a designated facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Tracks forwarded, lost or misdirected mail or scans.
Manage and maintain the screening process, including regular training and updating of procedures.
Delivers and/or picks up mail, documents, packages and materials.
Perform thorough inspections of all incoming mail and packages using state-of-the-art screening equipment.
Maintain a high level of vigilance and attention to detail during the screening process.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate screening activities and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods of time.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of security and professionalism.
Competent in managing tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment without supervision.

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
